Lalithaa Jewellery needs no introduction what with its monumental presence on the country's jewelry retail landscape. Creating a digital footprint for the giant entailed starting from the scratch, in this case their website. There was a common consensus between the client and the agency to focus less on technology powered frills; the sole aim of the site was to engage consumers via educative content. The template was designed to look simple with juxtaposition of imagery and minimal text. It was a content heavy site with almost negligible 'sales pitch' tone of voice. It was more about educating and empowering the consumers. The text detailed various customer friendly schemes offered by the brand and the benefits they come with. Enough fine print was devoted to educate the customers about the pitfalls of jewelry investment and how to prevent the same. Precise and crisply edited video clips were also embedded on to the home page for driving the brand's message. Product related imagery added richness to the whole site.
